About the program
THURSDAYS AT THE MUSEUM is a program organized by the Ethnographic Museum of Istria in collaboration with the Museum of Pazin, aimed at bringing both museums closer to the local community. Through lectures, workshops, screenings, and exhibitions, visitors have the opportunity to explore Istrian ethnographic and cultural heritage, the history of Pazin and its surroundings, as well as the museum’s activities.
The events take place on Thursdays at the Pazin Castle (sometimes at other locations) in the afternoon, during both the autumn and spring cycles, and are free for all. The content is designed for all age groups. One of the main goals of these events is to encourage local residents to actively participate and learn more about Istrian heritage.
