Presentation of the project: COME - Coming Out Museum
On Tuesday, December 12th, precisely at noon in the Cvajner Gallery in Pula, Ethnographic Museum of Istria - Museo etnografico dell'Istria and the association Proces will present the project Coming Out Museum (COME). The virtual platform COME enables everyone to become part of a collaborative process, enrich the collection with their objects and stories, and become a part of the material LGBTIQ+ culture, while getting acquainted with other stories and lives. Additionally, the COME virtual collection represents the first step towards creating a traveling exhibition. The project authors, Mario Buletić from EMI-MEI and Jan Franjul from the Proces association, will present the Coming Out Museum website www.come.lgbt, its collection, and invite members of the LGBTIQ+ community to participate independently.
